Most of our systems are designed for exposures on planar substrates with common dimensions. To find out which system might be suitable for you, just specify a few details about your application below and you will know which can be used and how long the specified exposure will take. For non-planar substrates, unusuall dimensions or other special requirements please see the Special Systems section.

Put a box around your design and calculate the area of the box. The fill factor is not important.
Minimum structure size: Help
What is the minimum dimension of the structures or lines in your design.
